Upload your roster onto the NCAA website, http://web1.ncaa.org/BBCS/exec/login, and make sure you show that you will be attending our event.  The NCAA has a long list of certified events for the summer.  You will need to check the box next to the event you are participating and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the save button.  If you do not click the save button your team's roster will not be sent to the event and we have no idea that you have completed the roster on the NCAA website.

In order to receive the discounted AAU Room Rates, all reservations must be made through the South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority. Fill in the appropriate information, select your desired hotel form the approved list, and submit your reservation. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 48hrs confirming your reservation.
